We found our house!!!!!!!!
We love it. We walked in and it is perfect. It is so beautiful. In a wonderful neighborhood and right in our price range! We put in an offer this morning and it was accepted!!!!
YAY!!!! We are so thrilled! We will be busy for the next couple weeks with banks, paperwork, and lawyers. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and we will be moving in at the end of July!!!

So what's new?
Things are still pretty hectic around here.
We are STILL house hunting. UGH! We have seen around 15 houses so far and we have hated them all. We can't seem to find anything that we like. I am starting to get worried. Brandon starts his new job on July 7th, so it looks like he will have to commute for awhile. We are looking some more this week, so hopefully we can find something.
Nathan went on a nursing strike last week. He didn't nurse for almost 24 hours. It totally had us both stressed out. Thankfully that is resolved and we are back at it! However, the strike really opened my eyes to the fact that I am not ready to lose my milk supply due to pregnancy. Therefore, we won't be doing an IUI cycle in August. I really just don't feel comfortable with him weaning yet, so we are waiting until October to start our IUIs. Which I think, is the right choice. It allows Nathan to have more nursing time, allows us to get moved in to our new house, and allows us to save up some more money for the procedure. We are still going to try the old-fashioned way (we have moved on to cycle 5) but we don't expect too much. :)
I think that is pretty much it for right now. Houses, houses, and more houses.

Letter to my 13 month old boy....
Dear Nathan,
Today you are 13 months old! This month has gone by so quickly! You have grown and changed. You are learning new things everyday.
You are getting so big! You pretty much walk all the time now. It is rare to see you crawl anymore. You are always walking and sometimes you even try to run! Daddy loves coming home from work because you get so excited and run up to see him. You are also giving kisses now! Mama smacks her lips together for a kiss and you know what to do! Granted, you haven't figured out to close your mouth yet. :) It is so cute. You have also learned to clap! You have fun clapping and cheering when you do something. For the past week or so, you have learned to put the blocks away. Mama will say "Nathan put this block in the bucket." And you do it! Then we all clap for you. You have changed from a baby to a toddler over night! Yesterday, Mama took you to Grandma's house to swim in her baby pool. You had so much fun! I need to set up your pool here. You really like going on walks in your car that great-grandma gave you. You think it is so fun! You are eating like a horse! Daddy calls you our little "Garbage disposal". You love fruit and chicken. You really like mac and cheese and spaghetti! I think you like making a mess with those! You have cut down on your nursing a little bit. Sometimes I think that you are too busy! But you still nurse a lot during the day. Mama is wanting to nurse you until you are 2, so I am sure that you will keep it up!
13 months and you just keep on growing! We are having so much fun teaching you about the world around you. You are so smart and just soak everything up. I love you so much Nathan Cole!
Always,
Mama

Trying to figure out what to do...
Thanks for all the support concerning our big upcoming move!
Honestly, I am kind of freaking out about the whole thing. We looked at houses yesterday and hated them. One was too small, one was too outdated, yada, yada, yada. In the car on the way back, Brandon and I realized how hard it is going to be to find our dream house. We really just wish that we could pick this house up and move it. So we sent a very specific list back to our realtor saying the exact things that we would need to see in a house. She said that she would search some more. Although honestly, I highly doubt that she will be able to find it.
So, Brandon and I are talking about just building our own house. We have no idea if this is even possible on our budget or where to begin. But we just realize that it will be so hard to find a house that we like. And we want this move to be our last for a very, very, very long time. So we may just have to build our own. I am going to contact some more realtors and contractors tomorrow. See where we should go from here.
So what does this do to our TTC plans?? Honestly I have no clue. I will say that if we are building a house, I probably won't be doing an IUI cycle in August. We will probably wait until we know when the house is going to be finished before doing a cycle. Mainly because I will be having a homebirth next time and will want to birth in our new house.
So, not really much of an update. I am just writing everything out to help us decide what to do.
Thanks for reading!
As far as TTC goes right now (the old-fashioned way) I am at CD 15. Got a peak on my monitor yesterday! :)

Curve ball...
Just when you think that you know what is coming....
life throws you a curve ball.
Brandon has been offered a new job. **insert shocked face here** We really can't believe it!! It is with a great company with amazing benefits (they pay all premiums). The downside is that it is in a different town. So, we will be moving. Obviously, there are pros and cons. We love our house here and don't want to move, but the town we would be going to is nice. It is a small town closer to my mom and it is a great place to raise a family.
Honestly, I am a little overwhelmed right now. So much to do in so little time. He would need to start his new job in the middle of July. So we have one month to find a new house, buy it, and move in. Not to mention the fact that we are swamped with previous plans right now. PRIDE is next weekend. The weekend after that is a wedding in Southern Indiana. In the middle of July, we have to go to Baltimore for another wedding. YIKES!
To start with we need to contact the owner of this house and stop moving forward with the purchase of this house. Hopefully he lets us out of our purchase agreement. We are going to visit the new town this weekend to look at some houses with our new realtor. Hopefully we fall in love with one.
Busy, busy, busy...and seeking some sanity...
