8 weeks down!

I only have one week left of the couch to 5K program! I am running for 2.5 miles each time now. 2 weeks from today is my first race. I'm nervous but so excited! I just keep picturing that finish line. I can do it!

You CAN do it! I'm so excited for you. You're rocking this! 2.5 miles in the 30 minutes is a great pace. You tend to race faster than you train, so you'll likely finish with under 12 minute miles. Also if you're running 2.5 miles, there's no doubt you can physically DO 3 at this point even if race day was tomorrow. So you're in great shape.
