pounds down today. I was 161 this morning!
I can't run today which makes me a little sad. We are going to my mom's for dinner and I will miss out on my normal running time. BUT, I did do Shred it with Weights (another Jillian Michaels' DVD) today. I'm really so proud of myself for sticking to my workout plan. Almost 3 weeks now of working out and eating better (well eating mostly the same, just controlling my portions). So almost 3 weeks and 6.8 pounds gone. I'll take it. Now, if I could just get another 2 pounds down so that I can be in the 150s!! :)
