I finished week 6 of the Couch to 5k program today. I an for 26 minutes straight. 2 whole miles! This is coming from the girl that struggled with running for 1 minute 6 weeks ago and who used to cheat her way through the "mile run" in high school. I've stuck with this for 6 weeks. My joints are sore and I'm tired, but I did it! If I can, you can!!
