On Friday I am starting a "Biggest Loser" competition on a board that I am on. The contest runs for 2 months. We "weigh in" every Friday and are competing for a pot of almost $200. I'm pretty nervous about getting started. But I'm so excited too. I have a goal of 10lbs, so we'll see how it goes. I'm going to try to cut sweets out of my diet and work to control my portion sizes. As far as working out, I'm currently in Week 3 of the Couch to 5K (hehe, I started back up again without blogging about it) and I'm going to do the 30 Day Shred again.
